There are protocols everywhere. AT work, playing games, speaking, chatting, talking, actions, informing.
Its as invisible as air....it comes in different form. Try going to ur boss and say..." hey ur idea just sucks lah...why waste time like that... goodness can't u think?""

"Well, i wouldn't totally agree with your idea. It seems to have its flaws and loop holes. Maybe we can brainstorm on this and get something more out of it"
U insensitively say it out. I hope u think of wat i may feel b4 u say it out the way u did. Cos i dun think the WAY u did it was appropriate. Then again... lolz...its abt ur happiness.
